Longarm Quilting Services
Our quilting services are rendered on a HandiQuilter Amara, and our operator has undergone numerous hours of training via HandiQuilter to ensure that your unique quilt will be handled with the same love and care you've invested into its creation.
We are based out of Erie and Peyton, Colorado, and welcome those who live locally to drop off their items in person. Once you send us the information form below, we will contact you regarding our wait list, design options, dropoff location, and answer any questions you might have.

Materials:
Quilting
We provide computerized, edge-to-edge quilting.
Thread
Superior Threads and Glide Thread are used in our quilting, and we'll work with you to choose the perfect color for your project. For inspiration, check out Superior Threads' Fantastico and Omni lines.
Batting
We utilize the Warm Company's Warm & White batting for all of our quilts. You're welcome to provide your own batting, however, please be sure to provide an extra 4" of batting on all sides to ensure proper quilting.

Preparing Your Quilt:
Square Up Your Quilt
None of us are perfect, and things will invariably end up a little skewed, but every effort made to square up your quilt top will help reduce gathers and tucks, and even warping of your quilt top.

Backing Prep
Because the longarm machine secures and stabilizes the quilt from all directions, the backing and batting need to be 4" wider than the quilt top on all sides to ensure successful quilting. You can sew your backing together yourself, or we can do that for an additional fee.
Design
What sort of design do you have in mind for your quilt? Are you looking for something whimsical for that baby quilt, or perhaps a more traditional quilting pattern. Do you want the thread to blend into the background, showcasing your stunning work, or would you like the design to supplement your design? Let us know what you're thinking when filling out the Longarm Quilting Request Form.
